EPC Seminar - Leeds
Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) have arrived! From April 2008 they are required on all new build non-dwellings and existing non-dwellings over a certain size if they are being sold or leased.
FHP Engineering Services Solutions invite those involved in the management or surveying of commercial property to a seminar in Leeds city centre on Tuesday 3 June where we will explain the importance of EPCs and what we can offer. You will be able to share your thoughts and concerns on the subject with us and others attending the seminar. This will be presented by our in-house EPC specialist with up-to-date information and insight into the latest legislation.
