FHP ESS provides reports on the engineering services within a building, often to be used as part of a vendor’s pack, or by the purchaser as a tool to decide whether the property is a good investment or not.
Often our reports have highlighted that significant short term expenditure is required and this allows the client to be more informed when progressing the deal.
FHP ESS provides a similar report for building occupiers, owners and managers with the addition of a 5 or 10 year cost plan. This life cycle assessment allows our clients to budget for the replacement of major items of plant.
We utilise one multi-disciplined engineer to undertake the survey who can identify and assess mechanical, electrical and public health systems. This has the advantages of a competitive fee structure, a more seamless report and discretion or confidentiality on site where necessary.
