3 St James’s Square

FHP were appointed to carry out enhanced performance duties for the complete refurbishment of 3 St James Square, from a Stage 2 Feasibility Study on the various refurbishment options available, to a developed Performance Design, which entailed the production of Performance level drawings and an MEPH set of Employer’s Requirements (ER’s).

The project included the design, provision and installation of Mechanical, Electrical & Public Health Services with FHP ESS monitoring the quality of installation throughout. The scope included replacement of Mechanical and Electrical Services (ceiling mounted ‘slim line’ VRF air conditioning, maximising Floor to Ceiling Heights and introduction of raised floor, WC refurbishment, Common part and Reception refurbishment and Overhaul existing lifts.
