Experts within our team are regularly employed to carry out a monitoring role on projects of all sizes to identify design flaws, incorrect installation, or potential post-occupation issues so that they can be found at an early stage before there is any impact on the project or programme cost.

We carry out monitoring roles nationwide, in a variety of sectors, and are currently monitoring the fit-out of an industrial unit, a whole-building office refurbishment, and new-build residential schemes.

Our rigorous design reviews, in conjunction with monitoring of on-site installations ensures project costs accord with budgets, programmes stay on track and the quality of workmanship is of the highest standard; monitoring is important to ensure the final construction is in accordance with the original design intent.
