Completing earlier in the year, North Star House in Swindon is a residential development providing 286 apartments. The 4-storey building consists of 4 blocks (A, B, C & D) which are linked by a central core.
 
FHP Engineering Services Solutions provided Stage 4 detailed design duties for the Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health Services and technical support throughout the construction phase up until handover.

Two new 1000 kVA substations were constructed to provide power to the sustainable development, including electrified heating systems and for the provision of 286 Electric Vehicle Charging points in future years.
