We understand that often with projects there are time and budget constraints, therefore as an alternative to the traditional full design solution, we can instead offer Performance Design Duties.

Our Performance Design duties entail the production of a ‘Performance Specification’ or ‘Employer’s Requirements’ which can be produced in a shorter amount of time to that of a traditional full design specification. This allows projects to commence quickly, whilst also establishing a set level of detail for Contractors to comply with.

An enhanced Performance Specification offers a greater level of developed detail, which includes drawings and enhanced detail, whilst still providing a more cost-effective and time-efficient design solution compared to a full detailed design package. FHP ESS would still provide full site monitoring during the construction phase as part of our performance duties, and would continue to ensure Contractors are complying with the Performance Specifications throughout the different stages of the works.
