Senior/PrincipalElectrical Engineer, London & Leeds

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer specialising in Building Services to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems design for buildings, comprehensive understanding of British standards building codes and regulations, and a proven track record of successful project management.

Senior Sustainability Engineer, London

The UK has a legitimately mandatory target to reduce its emissions to net zero by 2050 under the climate change act which also set interim targets for emissions reductions. As the building sector accounts for just about 40% of all UK emissions, it is essential to put together a reduction strategy towards the approach of net zero goal.

As an MEP consultancy we work across a wide range of sectors from commercial, educational, healthcare, retail and beyond. As an example of some of our current sustainability offering to clients these encompass decarbonisation strategies, electrification feasibility studies, energy strategy reports for planning and net zero carbon feasibility studies.

As a Senior Sustainability Consultant with a good breadth of experience, you will work closely with technical management and design teams to deliver sustainable and low energy design projects.

Senior Mechanical Engineer, Bexley

Reporting into the Associate Director, the Senior Mechanical Engineer will be working across a variety of sectors and will be required to undertake various design projects including commercial, residential, industrial, education, plant replacement, sustainability and more. The individual will also design, manage and supervise projects co-ordinating with other disciplines. Prepare specifications, reports, design drawings and budget costs to programme, as well as supervise project works on site, workmanship and testing.

In addition to core design activities, there may be a requirement to support our Technical Management department with Technical Due Diligence (TDD), dilapidation, PPM and audit surveys of M&E installations within buildings and prepare written reports.

Intermediate Electrical Engineer - Bexley

We are looking for a candidate who have experience with designing and managing individual projects, resolving technical matters and liaison with clients as and when required.

Technical and supervisory guidance in Electrical aspects of the Company. Liaising and developing the relationship with existing clients of the Company also endeavouring to secure new sources of work. Attending project meetings with clients and internal meetings, to discuss progress and policies..

EPC Energy Assessor - Manchester/Birmingham/Leeds (Remote)

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled EPC Energy Assessor to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the latest processes, legislation and regulatory compliance and also hold a proven track record of successfully delivering EPCs at Level 3 and Level 4.
