As the Mechanical Associate, you will lead and oversee the Mechanical Engineering aspects of various building services projects. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, you will be responsible for developing creative solutions that meet our client’s needs while adhering to industry standards and sustainability principles. Your technical expertise and leadership will be instrumental in guiding our projects from concept to completion.
The Senior Electrical Engineer will be required to take on the technical design and integration of the electrical systems for new and existing projects.
Reporting into the Associate Director, the Senior Mechanical Engineer will be working across a variety of sectors and will be required to undertake various design projects including commercial, residential, industrial, education, plant replacement, sustainability and more. The individual will also design, manage and supervise projects co-ordinating with other disciplines. Prepare specifications, reports, design drawings and budget costs to programme, as well as supervise project works on site, workmanship and testing.
In addition to core design activities, there may be a requirement to support our Technical Management department with Technical Due Diligence (TDD), dilapidation, PPM and audit surveys of M&E installations within buildings and prepare written reports.
Reporting to the Bexley Associates, the Intermediate Mechanical Engineer will be working across a variety of sectors and will be required to undertake the detailed design of these projects from inception to completion, with support from peers and seniors alike to develop their engineer skillset.
